We will find our BOLLYWOOD DANCE groove together in a beautiful outdoor space, and welcome in the New Year! We will sit in circle together, pick our wild cards, visualize and dance our affirmations and connect safely supported by the sacred natural world.

No experience necessary, none at all. 😊

A Day-long Retreat, In-person, with Kiran Easwarachandran, LCSW, R-DMT

We are all, just Walking, Breathing, Moving Stories, each and every one of us, simple and complicated, writing and being written, as we dance the journey of our lives. Our stories can evolve, can be chosen or released, depending on where we step in, or step out. Maybe there is a story we’d like to rewrite? Or one that needs to resurface or be celebrated more? Come join me and we can find out together!

Through Dance and Movement, Meditation and Art, Reflecting and Sharing, and yes, even a little Bollywood 😊, all within the Sacred Natural World that holds us, we will explore our stories and perhaps even find ourselves a little bit transformed.
